.NET Fullstack Developer with React.js

Job Description

Capco (a Wipro company) is hiring a .NET Full Stack Developer with React.js for its wealth management platform, based in Pune (Hybrid — 3 days WFO per week, EMEA shift 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM IST). What you'll do: - Design, develop, test and deploy high-quality full-stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud technologies. - Build scalable and secure APIs, services and user interfaces that integrate with complex financial systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, AI, UX) to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Implement best practices for code quality, testing, automation and CI/CD. - Contribute to architectural decisions and continuously improve system performance, reliability and scalability. - Participate in code reviews, mentorship and knowledge sharing. - Troubleshoot production issues and support a high-availability SaaS environment. What you bring: 5+ years of full-stack software engineering; solid back-end .NET and C#; strong React + JavaScript / TypeScript; hands-on REST APIs and cloud services; SQL / NoSQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB); CI/CD, automated testing and Git workflows; familiarity with AWS / Azure / GCP; clean code and good design patterns. Nice to have: financial services / wealth management / fintech background, AI/ML integrations or data-intensive applications, microservices and event-driven architectures, security best practices in regulated industries.
